This website, stephanietrager.com, including all its pointing domains, URL slugs, subdomains, and associated services (collectively referred to as “the Site”), is operated by Intentional Paradigms LLC (referred to as “Intentional Paradigms”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using any part of the Site or services, including through any associated domains or URL slugs, you (the “user” or “member”) agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). These Terms apply across all pointing domains and URL slugs that are the property of Stephanie Trager.
Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, you are not authorized to use the Site or any associated services.

6. Restrictions on Sharing and Use of Content
The content available on this Site, including training materials, frameworks, methodologies, and proprietary information, is the sole property of Intentional Paradigms LLC and is protected by copyright laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not share, distribute, repurpose, market, or sell any part of the content without our prior written consent. You may not use to teach, coach, train, or copy for purposes of creating your messaging on or offline. You may only share materials with your own administrative support staff if necessary for the execution of strategies, assignments, or marketing.
7. No Unlawful or Prohibited Use / Intellectual Property
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use stephanietrager.com strictly in accordance with these Terms. As a condition of your use of the Site, including though not limited to all works and derivatives of works on the site, or off the site, including though not limited to pdfs, documents, google documents, media in the form of video, photos, audios, or other, ideas and concepts, logos, drawings, frameworks, or other copyright material, you warrant to Intentional Paradigms LLC that you will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You may not use the Site in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Site. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the Site.
All content included as part of the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the Site, is the property of Intentional Paradigms LLC or its suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You agree to observe and abide by all copyright and other proprietary notices, legends, or other restrictions contained in any such content and will not make any changes thereto.
You will not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, found on the Site. Intentional Paradigms LLC content is not for resale. Your use of the Site does not entitle you to make any unauthorized use of any protected content, and in particular, you will not delete or alter any proprietary rights or attribution notices in any content. You will use protected content solely for your personal use and will make no other use of the content without the express written permission of Intentional Paradigms LLC and the copyright owner. You agree that you do not acquire any ownership rights in any protected content. We do not grant you any licenses, express or implied, to the intellectual property of Intentional Paradigms LLC or our licensors except as expressly authorized by these Terms.
8. AI: Artificial Intelligence Systems, Content Use Restrictions
You acknowledge and agree that the content provided on this Site is the exclusive property of Intentional Paradigms LLC. You are strictly prohibited from uploading, copying, scraping, transmitting, or otherwise incorporating any content from this Site or delivered through this site or any of its programs even if it’s delivered through email, into any artificial intelligence (AI) systems, machine learning models, language models, or any future technologies designed to replicate, analyze, or generate content. This includes but is not limited to public and private AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini, Co-Pilot, Midjourney, DALL-E, and similar tools or any automated tool, software, or technology intended to store, process, analyze, replicate, or generate content. You acknowledge that these platforms are not secure from the public domain.
You acknowledge that you are prohibited from inputting, uploading, copying, scraping, or transmitting, an of our training materials or modalities, frameworks, or otherwise incorporating any portion of these works through A.I to modify, summarize, or create derivative works.
In the event of a breach of this restriction, you agree to pay $75,000 in liquidated damages as an estimate of the cost required to prevent further use of proprietary materials in the public domain.
9. Non-Solicitation
During the term of your membership or participation in any product, program or service provided by Intentional Paradigms LLC, and for a period of one (1) year following the termination or expiration of such membership or participation, you agree not to directly or indirectly:
- Solicit, entice, or induce any employee, contractor, or affiliate of Intentional Paradigms LLC to leave the Company’s employment or cease performing services for Intentional Paradigms LLC.
- Hire, employ, or otherwise engage the services of any current employee, contractor, or affiliate of Intentional Paradigms LLC during the term of your engagement or for one (1) year thereafter without express permission.
Non-Compete
You agree that for a period of one (1) year following the termination or expiration of your membership or participation in any program or service offered by Intentional Paradigms LLC, you will not, directly or indirectly offer, sell, or distribute products, services, or programs that are substantially similar to the training, coaching, or business strategies taught by Intentional Paradigms LLC within any market or industry where Intentional Paradigms LLC operates, without the express written consent of Intentional Paradigms LLC.
Non-Interference
You further agree that you will not, at any time, directly or indirectly:
Interfere with, disrupt, or manipulate the structure or operation of any group program, membership, or community associated with Intentional Paradigms LLC. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to recruit participants, creating competing programs, or persuading members to leave or disengage from the program, community, or membership.
Use any content, strategies, methods, or frameworks obtained through Intentional Paradigms LLC programs to create or promote any competing offerings that could disrupt or undermine the integrity of the program or membership, including member forums, coaching calls, and shared resources.
Breach and Enforcement
You acknowledge that any breach of this clause would cause irreparable harm to Intentional Paradigms LLC, for which monetary damages may be difficult to quantify. As a result, Intentional Paradigms LLC is entitled to seek injunctive relief (without the need to post bond) in addition to any other legal remedies available. In the event of a breach, you agree that you will be liable for $50,000 in liquidated damages, representing a reasonable estimate of the harm caused by the breach.
10. Non-Disparagement
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree not to engage in any conduct or communications, public or private, designed to disparage or harm the reputation of the other party. This clause survives termination of the agreement.
11. Use of Communication Services
The Site may contain message boards, chat areas, or other communication services (“Communication Services”) designed for users to communicate with each other. It may be linked to a community group page on Facebook or Kajabi, or Memberpress or Telegram, or any other chat platform not owned or operated by Intentional Paradigms. By using these services, you agree not to post or transmit any unlawful, defamatory, or harmful material. You also agree not to violate the rights of others, including intellectual property rights, or upload viruses or other malicious software. You agree to participate in accordance with Guidelines provided by Intnetional Paradigms’.
12. Ownership of Material Submitted to Our Site
Intentional Paradigms LLC does not claim ownership of the materials you provide to stephanietrager.com or stephanietragercoach.com (including feedback, suggestions, or any other content) or post, upload, input, or submit to any of our websites or associated forms or services (collectively referred to as “Submissions”). However, by posting, uploading, inputting, providing, or submitting your Submission, you grant Intentional Paradigms LLC the right to use your Submission in connection with the operation of our online services and businesses, including but not limited to the rights to: copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate, and reformat your Submission; and to publish your name in connection with your Submission. We always attain your permission first. At any time you may revoke this permission and request we remove your Submission. As long as removing your Submission would not come at a financial cost or hardship to our company, we will take rapid action to comply.
No compensation will be paid for the use of your Submission as provided herein. Intentional Paradigms LLC is under no obligation to post or use any Submission you provide and reserves the right to remove any Submission at its sole discretion.
By posting, uploading, inputting, providing, or submitting your Submission, you warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all the rights to your Submission as described in this section, including, without limitation, all the rights necessary for you to provide, post, upload, input, or submit the Submissions.
13. Third-Party Accounts
If you connect your account to a third-party service, like Kajabi or another course provider, or social media platform, you consent to the release of information from your account to those third parties according to your privacy settings. You are responsible for managing these settings.
14. Terms of Sales & Refunds
The following applies to payments made for services or programs over 30 days in length. You understand all sales are considered final 10 days from date of payment being received. Should you request a refund on or before 10 days from the date of sale, you will need to supply written notice of request (Email is acceptable) to s@stephanietrager.com All cancellations and refunds must be authorized by Intentional Paradigms LLC (stephanietrager.com).
Further Product Return Requirements and Conditions:
1. Written detailed reasons for cancellation should accompany your written notice of cancellation.
2. A copy of your sales receipt indicating payment type must accompany written notice of cancellation.
3. Your name, address, telephone number and email address must be legible and contained within written (email is fine) notice of cancellation.
15. Approval of Refund Request
You understand there will be no consideration or authorization for a refund without meeting all cancellation requirements and conditions outlined above.
You understand upon approval of your refund request, any payments made under this written contract of sale will be refunded within 10 business days.
Intentional Paradigms LLC (stephanietrager.com) will not be responsible for honoring refunds that do not follow the process outlined above.
16. Claims of Copyright Infringement
Intentional Paradigms LLC (stephanietrager.com) is committed to complying with U.S. copyright and related laws, and requires all customers and users of the Service to comply with these laws. Owners of copyrighted works who believe their rights under U.S. copyright law have been infringed may take advantage of certain provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the “DMCA”) to report alleged infringements.
If you claim to be the owner of copyright material on the website or the owner of any content, you agree to immediately notify Intentional Paradigms LLC via the following process:
Provide Intentional Paradigms LLC with the following information as required by the DMCA, Title 17, U.S.C. § 512:
- A signature (electronic or physical) or that of an agent authorized to act on your behalf.
- Specific identification of the copyright material that has been infringed or a list of representative works.
- Identify the material that is to be removed or disabled from the website, including information reasonably sufficient to locate the material.
- Contact information of the complaining party or person authorized to act on their behalf.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and under penalty of perjury that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner with the exclusive copyright that has allegedly been infringed.

17. International Users
If you are accessing this Site from outside the United States, you are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws. You agree not to use the Site or any content from this Site in any manner prohibited by applicable laws, including those governing intellectual property and data protection.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Intentional Paradigms LLC, its officers, employees, agents, and third-party providers from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising out of your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
19. Class Action Waiver
You agree that any disputes between you and Intentional Paradigms LLC will be resolved on an individual basis and not through class or representative actions.
20. Liability Disclaimer
We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of any content on this Site. All content is provided “as is,” without warranty or condition of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this Site.
21. Termination/Access Restriction
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, including for violations of these Terms.
22. Legal Venue
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York Any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kings County, New York.
24. Confidentiality of Codes, Passwords and Information
You agree to treat as strictly private and confidential any Subscriber Code, username, user ID, or password which you may have received from Intentional Paradigms LLC (stephanietrager.com) and all information to which you have access through password-protected areas of Intentional Paradigms LLC (stephanietrager.com) ’s websites and will not cause or permit any such information to be communicated, copied or otherwise divulged to any other person whatsoever.
25. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
