Stategic networking is a practice that includes consistent outreach and a thoughtful process. First create your Capabilities Statement, a short overview of who you, what you do, how you do it and who you do it with. Next you’ll create your longer Capabilities Briefing Deck. 

You can share your Capabilities Statement on your website or use as a strategic tool to send to potential referral sources, or clients. You’ll want to schedule capability breifings as a strategic outreach, follow up with ideal clients or referral resources. 

My favorite stategy… “I”d love to be a resources for you should the time come when you do actually have a need, let’s calendar a capabilities briefing (in person or virtual) so you have an idea of who and how we serve and should the time come you’ll have me as a back pocket resource.”
