Journey of Increase Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Gratitude and reciprocity are at the heart of this Affiliate Agreement. The direct points herein are agreed upon before any transactions take place, are key for everyone’s success. By signing up for the Journey of Increase Affiliate Program with Intentional Paradigms LLC, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

This agreement is by and between Intentional Paradigms LLC and/or their agents and assigns and all affiliates and subscribers. Unless the context requires otherwise, Intentional Paradigms LLC and/or their agents and assigns shall be referred to as “Intentional Paradigms, us, we, or our,” and Affiliate shall be referred to as “you, your or Affiliate or Subscriber,” and together we shall be referred to as “the Parties.”

The purpose of this agreement is to illuminate rights and responsibilities of the Parties with respect to the Journey of Increase Affiliate Program, hereinafter referred to as “the Program, or Program.”

You understand that Intentional Paradigms does not guarantee or predict any type of profit or response from the act of joining the Journey of Increase Affiliate Program or from the act of promoting the products in the program. 

You agree to hold Intentional Paradigms LLC  harmless from and against any and all losses, claims, expenses, suits, damages, costs, demands or liabilities as a result of your marketing efforts or association with the Program, brought upon you or Intentional Paradigms arising out of or relating in any way to the use of the products or services provided under this agreement, including, without limitation, in each case, attorneys’ fees, costs and expenses actually incurred in defending against or enforcing any such losses, claims, expenses, suits, damages or liabilities.

A. Services to be Provided. We agree to pay you certain commissions on, as described in our Journey of Increase Affiliate Program information, sales made by your referrals when and only when they use your unique referral link. Commissions will not be paid to you for your own purchases, as sales made for your family members, your employees, or by entities other businesses owned by you.

B. Termination. At any point you may terminate this agreement by closing your account. As long as your account remains active on our platform, this agreement is in effect. We may terminate your account:

(a) if you violate our Terms Of Service Policy; (b) promote Intentional Paradigms or The Journey of Increase or Journal of Increase and / or any  of its programs, in a manner that is unethical or inappropriate; or (c) for any reason, in our sole discretion. We may unilaterally decide to cancel the Affiliate Program at any time at which point we will notify all Affiliates.

C. No Warranties. We make no warranties to you of any kind, expressed or implied with respect to the services, programs, products or offerings Intentional Paradigms, its subcontractors and / or agents provide you. We expressly disclaim any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness of this service or program or product for a particular purpose. 

We shall not be liable for any damages suffered by you, whether indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, or consequential, including, by not limited to, any decisions or actions you make as a result of your participation in the Program or the Affiliate Program, regardless of cause or fault. We are not responsible for any loss of profits or no profits at all. We will not be responsible if you refer your affiliate link to people with computer systems that do not allow the cookies necessary to give you affiliate credit, if they already have another affiliate’s cookies on their system, or if they circumvent your affiliate link to purchase products, services or programs through Intentional Paradigms or Stephanie Trager. We will not promise though we will do our best to be fair if you can provide evidence a referral came from you and no other commissions were paid to another referrer.

D. Terms. You agree: 

(1) to use our system in a manner that is ethical and in conformity with integrity and our very high community standards; 

(2) to respect the privacy of other users (you shall not intentionally seek data or passwords belonging to other users, nor will you modify files or represent yourself as another user unless explicitly authorized to do so by that user); 

(3) to respect the legal protection provided by copyright law, trade secret law, or other laws protecting intellectual property. 

(4) to accept commercial emails from us. 

(5) Share all testimonials you receive from referrals about the Journey of Increase, the Journal of Increase or any part or whole offering that is part of the Program. 

6) Respect Intellectual Property. Affiliate is in no way permitted to engage in any resale, repurposing,or any written, electronic, recording, or photocopying reproduction of any or all of the Program content or Journal of Increase content without express permission of the author Stephanie Trager, or Intentional Paradigms or their agents or assigns. It is understood all content contained in the Program and any subsequent products or programs set forth from the Program is the sole intellectual property of its author, Stephanie Trager and the company Intentional Paradigms. 

Intellectual property shall mean and refer to any and all information or media, whether in written, oral, encoded, graphic, magnetic, electronic or in any other tangible form, and whether or not it is marked with TM or copyright or other such markings, included but not limited to Registered Trademarks, logos, company or program name.  

If we learn of a violation or likely violation of our Terms of Service, we will attempt to notify you. If you do not take immediate remedial action which is satisfactory to us, or in the event of a serious violation of the  Terms of Service, we reserve the right to terminate your account immediately. Every effort will be made to inform you prior to account termination, and to re-establish your account upon receiving such representations from you as we deem appropriate in the circumstances.

Your Affiliate privileges of service will be terminated immediately without notice in the event of use of our system as part of any unauthorized bulk email spam campaigns or promotions.

E. Assignment. This agreement is personal to you. You may not assign your rights under this agreement without our prior written consent. If you do assign your rights, as would be the case were someone other than you to use your account, you shall remain liable to us for any fees due under this agreement. We may assign this agreement at any time.

F. Change of Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of this agreement as needed. We would alert you to any material change. Continued use of your affiliate link constitutes acceptance of new terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the new terms and conditions, you may terminate this agreement in accordance with Section B.

G. Notification of Account Changes. You agree to provide us with material information necessary to keep your account active and thereby notify us if your address, email address, telephone number, or billing information changes. Failure to update your account information (and Paypal email address for Paypal payments, which are mandatory for affiliates), will result in withholding of payments. If we are unable to pay you after 6 months, your affiliate commissions will be forfeited.

H. Notices. All notices, requests, demands, and other communications under this agreement shall be in writing through email and shall be deemed to have been given on the date of delivery. You agree to remain on the same email list and not to unsubscribe for as long as you are an active affiliate. If you unsubscribe from our email list you lose any right to claim you were not notified of any new information requests or material changes to the Program or Terms and Conditions

I. Good Standing. To maintain privileges and receive payments, Affiliates need to be in good standing on any payments owed for products and services. We will withhold affiliate commissions for 6 months at which time your accounts must be paid or you forfeit any and all commissions.

J. Exclusions. The Journey of Increase Affiliate program excludes all offerings by Stephanie Trager or Intentional Paradigms that are not part of the Journey of Increase Program.  Affiliate commissions are available for The Journey of Increase online program, the Journal of Increase, the Journey of Increase Group Coaching Program. Private coaching that results from a participant who was referred through Affiliate, is excluded from commission.

K. Broken Chain Referrals. We will not be responsible if you refer your affiliate link to people with computer systems that do not allow the cookies necessary to give you affiliate credit, or if they already have another affiliate’s cookies on their system, or if they circumvent your affiliate link to purchase products, services, or programs through Journeyofincrease.com, stephanietrager.com, intentionalparadigms.com or any other url affiliated with our business.

L. Refunds. In the case of a refund, If the product you received a commission on is refunded, we’ll deduct the paid commission from your future affiliate payment.

M. Severability. The subject headings of the articles and sections are for convenience only, and shall not affect the construction or interpretation of any of its provisions. If any portion of this agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be severed and the remainder of this agreement shall remain in force. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between us pertaining to its purpose and supersedes all of our prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

N. Waiver and Counterparts. Subject to Section M, no supplement, modification, or amendment of this agreement shall be binding unless executed in writing by both parties. No waiver of any of the provisions of this agreement shall be deemed, or shall constitute, a waiver of any other provision, whether or not similar, nor shall any waiver constitute a continuing waiver. No waiver shall be binding unless executed in writing by the party making the waiver. This agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts meaning signatures may be made at separate times through email. Each shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument. The individual signing up for our services represents that he or she is duly authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of an organization. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to come to a call to discuss before any legal action is taken. If an amenable resolution does not result, Parties agree to Arbitration in the United States, in the state of New York, Kings County.
