The medicine wheel journey begins in the South, where you embark with the Serpent Archetype, then moves West with Jaguar, North with Hummingbird, and East with Eagle, before journeying Above with Sun, Moon, and Stars, and Below with Gaia, and Center to receive the initiations for your deep integration.

In the south we take stock of our stories, how we speak about and perceive our lives and what they contain, literally. We work through what needs to be released to make space for you to emerge. We alchemize resistance, old wounds, traumas, relationship dynamics, self image and mindset programs that are not congruent with who we wish to become – it is here we tap into the vision of who we really are. This part of the journey is a letting go, allowing, releasing, receiving … to make space for what’s to come.
WEST
EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE – JAGUAR
In the west we mulch our stories and put our fears, longings, doubts, worries, sadness, despair, scarcity, ‘not enough’ thinking in the fire. We transmute the memories, traumas, binds, and patterns that shade our full potential. We tap into different possibilities and embody new codes that inform new emotions, responses, reactions and we remember how to experience joy, freedom, and love in new and deeper ways.

WE ARE THE COSMOS
When we connect to the Sky, Sun, Moon and Stars, the planets and absolute ever uncertainty of galaxies beyond, we dissolve our concept of linear time. We step outside of linear time and into the concept of circular time. We come into right relationship with time and realize what can be changed and change it before it is born.

When we remember all parts of ourselves, we connect to all spaces, directions, around, above, below and within and all the ways these directions flow. When we connect to what lies below, we access creative potential curiously looking into the dark places, where life comes after death. We embrace renewal and begin harmonizing our relationship with our shadow. Below is the place of creative gestation.

In the East we are ready to feel what it is to exist in a place of non-duality. In the East we are not bound by our emotions, our stories have been transformed, we are masterful with tools to continue to clean and clear our thoughts, we perceive with precision and are able to discern where we make meaning and where we project distorted versions of reality based on old templates and conditioning. In the East we are free to spread our wings and expand our possibility paradigm. We are able to transcend the old and trust ourselves to receive and be guided by IN SPIRIT-TION

From our Center we learn to work with our Chakras – our energy body- to heal and transform at the speed of thought.
